Please be Patient Student Driver

I live near a DMV and local driving instructors bring their students through the neighbourhood all the time to practice for their tests. The cars are very often displaying some form of "Student Driver" stickers on the back, and when driving around them, one tends to leave a little more room for the stupid things they often do.

It occurred to me that having such stickers on the back could have some protective value. But I'm thinking I want to put a subtle spin on the idea.

I've found stickers that are

STUDENT DRIVER
STICK SHIFT

which was appropriate when I got my '86. I might even have bought one if the shift pattern had been correct, but it feels a little off the mark for me now.

I'm trying to come up with something more apropos. So far, I have:

STUDENT DRIVER
practicing: clutch kick, scandanavian flick, countersteer, throttle steer, left foot braking

and

PLEASE BE PATIENT
FA20 torque dip

The tops would be the typical large font on a reflective background. Bottoms would be in finer print, less obvious from a distance.

Anybody have similar ideas?

student driver stickers are the new 'baby on board' stickers.

i had to ask a dozen people at a group gathering once what all the 'baby on board' stickers meant that i see driving into work, where there's clearly only one person in the vehicle or they're psychotic, and leaving their kid in the car during working hours...

i prefer the alternative.

My favorite has always been BRAT IN TRUNK.

Or if your significant other is really hot, BABE ON BOARD.
