I know this is a longshot. but does anybody have this part that they want to get rid of. Spare or otherwise? Was doing some maint. and saw that when my bolt snapped it turned the mounting plate into some trash.

Does anyone know what the difference is between the 13-16 kit and the 17-20 kit? Would you be able to get a 13-16 kit fit a 2018?
I asked this same question to Kraftwerks, and they just came back with "Intercooler piping is different" which I figured, but didnt answer my question on if it would fit. I dont mind cutting or making a few modifications to get the piping to fit...I just dont want to have the intercooler pipes sticking out the side of the bumper or something lol |

the front bumpers are different and thus a slight modification will be needed in my guess with piping

Unfortunately, the Rotrex unit was be bad and seized up. The metal fins busted and made their way through the intake tubes, intercooler, and tiny pieces somehow made it to the throttle body which threw multiple codes in my car. Got burned buying used trying to save a few bucks ![]() |

C38-91 Kraftwerks Racekit Help
Hello! I have been working with a c38-91 kit and am running into an over boosting problem. I have the 95mm pulley attached to the blower and 128mm on the crank.
This kit is making way too boost for my stock frs. I am using the MAP sensor which saying at 7.2k the MAP is reading about 2 bar (~14psi). I obviously ran into fueling issues as the car is stock. To lower the boost I tried the 100mm pulley option from the s2k kit. Unfortunately this pulley is 12mm thicker and contacts the ac compressor. Has anyone run into this over boosting problem and come to a solution? I don’t want to change my fueling as this is a daily and I’m not trying to break any records. If I can’t find a solution I will be selling this brand new kit along with some other goodies that came with it (fuel pump, larger injectors, 72mm throttle body). Cheers |

Anyone thought of swapping out the intercooler for a different kind or brand?
My front bumper support bar's holes have been rounding out from the hooks of the KW intercooler and has been causing some noise (it's been gosh, 60k or so with all sorts of life on the roads and tracks). Kinda looking to see if anyone has used a different one that positions similarly but mounts with a different method.

Fuel Injector needed for small KW C30 pullley (diam 90mm)
Hi guys!!! for those people that have experience in this KW kit w/Rotrex C30-94 and small pulley (diam 90mm 13/14 psi)
Finally, I flashed the ECU with local Ecutek Tunner Certifícated here in Argentina, I have the KW kit with SC Rotrex C30-94 small pulley (diam 90mm and >13 psi) and others mod like Skunk2 El header, Tomei OP, and 2,5" exhaust pipe w/o CAT Unafortunatly the tunner said the map was restricted caused by OEM fuel injectors capacity, the RPM were limited to max 7k due to the fuel injectors capacity, after that the % of injectors charge required more than 95% and the AFR started to increase dramatically Did you have similar experiance with this configuration in terms of OEM restriction fuel injectors? I undestand the FA 20 engine require and special rich AFR close to 11,4 with Forced Induction kits and this requirement force to change the OEM fuel injectors for others with more capacity Please could you share your experiance and recommend brand and type of aftermarket fuel injectors kit to use for tis type of KW kit configuration? Thanks for your help!!! |
