So in Japan, you will have the option of some extra goodies like the proper white rims. I like the white rims...looks much better than the wheels that normally come on the car.

I'd love to hear how you find its handling and fun-to-drive quotient compared to the twins. Giving it a serious look, but I have concerns about its size - the Civic platform is now so big it's within a few inches of the WRX in length, and that's a car I find too large. Does it drive smaller than it looks?
It definitely feels like a small car super agile car.

Type r mark up is down to average of 4K. Of course California is still fucked. I got offer for 45k.
At this rate I am already losing interest.

I lose interest at $1 markup.

It's not so bad guys, go drive one first it might change your opinion on it.

If you look around you can get the car at sticker, not all dealers are bad I've had three friends pick theirs up for sticker. You just gotta know where to shop, I mean don't go to like Orange county and expect a sticker deal. I get the the system is broken, but it's not like you have to follow it, do your research if you really want one and travel alittle.

This goes for all cars actually. I don't really understand the consumer who goes to dealer near to them and pay the money over whatever, when they can go down the street, 20 mins away or over the state line for a better deal.

I can't help you with the looks department, that's a you like it or you don't kinda like the current 86. ofcourse you can always choose a BRZ, but there's only one Type R.

It's not the same as an 86 (as far as looks go). The 86 isn't covered head to toe with very prominently featured fake air grilles.

Heaviest CTR ever, and add one of the worst suspension designs ever sold for something badged Type R and that's a hard pass.
