can you record the noise so people can hear it?

Remember aftermarket headers use a thinner metal so they make more NVH

Tsudo is a low quality knockoff brand. My money is on: you have an exhaust leak.

I have an OpenFlash Header and had the same type of noise. For me it was more of a fluttering/leaves rustling type noise. Someone above mentioned the thinner walls of the header which could be it. For me it was a combination of loose nuts/bolts...took several re-tightening and addition of thread locker to make sure it didn't come loose. I think it's good now but at lower RPMs it does make that sound slightly.

Just remember to re-tighten to spec because it can become loose after initial install due to hot/cold temps after running your car.

^^ Also, another thing. If it is loose like mine was, your data logger should tell you if you have a something like Open Flash Tablet or something similar because your parameters will be off.

Also check the overpipe or headers is not hitting on chassis or aluminium skid plate

I feel like its the connection between the overripe and the collector ! I used the stock gaskets the connect to the block and i tighten everything really tight but like i said I feel like its the connection to the overripe

Use an OEM gasket and gasket maker / sealer on both ends. I'm highly betting you're having an issue where the flanges are not flush and its leaking.

Just get a new one. Its ~$20. They have a slight crushing to them, so reusing an old one may not help.

Use the RTV Silicon Gasket Maker stuff as well. Thin layer on each side of the gasket. That'll be double sure no more leaks.

If Toyota doesn't have it, Subaru definitely will. Learned from experience.
