Bespoke radio, 3 sets of RCAs?

Don't know if this has been discussed, but I took the bespoke radio out and found 3 sets of RCAs back there. Was expecting one set for sub out. Anyone test these and see what they are.

Odds are good they're pre-outs for fronts, rears, and subwoofer.

Here are a couple more pics so we'll have a complete set:

Toyota Part Number: PT546-18130
Panasonic: CVH-3918
FCC ID: AJDK035
BeSpoke owner's manual PDF here.

Nothing useful on the FCC's site for that FCC ID. The internal photos are only the BT module, and the user manual link is just one page saying there is none.
The 16-pin socket could have pins for a rear view camera (like on the Fujitsu Ten nav HU). Was there a factory plug connected there? If so, which pins had wires?

Are the other 2 front and rear, or left and right?
Are they full range outputs, or would a signal processor combining left, right, and sub be needed to get full range for an aftermarket amp hookup?

sub, front and rear. I dont remember the order look in the manual for that. They are full range, aside from the sub. Same as a normal aftermarket HU.

Also, they are 2v if you are wondering.

Sorry I'm jacking an old thread...I don't appear to have "new post" access yet

I have a base FRS and I just installed an Alpine PDX-V9 in the FRS to power a single sub (for now). Powers up fine but I get no audio out of the RCAs running to the back of the headunit. I have two brand new sets of RCAs and tried both...I also verified that if I connect my phone directly to the amp via RCA I get sound out of the sub so I know that the amp and sub are working.

Any ideas on why I'm not getting audio out of the RCAs from the stereo??

There's a setting to enable the stock HU's RCA outputs. Turn on ACC, press and hold menu.

You, my friend, are my hero! I knew there must have been a settings somewhere! Adding a sub REALLY helps the stock system.

Thanks again!

Yeah, the stock system actually sounds pretty good if you just add a small amp/sub. Somehow, one thing led to another and I now have a full-blown aftermarket system with sound dampening in many places. No regrets on my end, but I can totally understand if someone were to just stop modding their sound system at that point and do more performance upgrades.

Sadly, the BRZ HU does not have RCA outputs. There are a few routes you can take depending on what you are trying to accomplish.

If you just want to add a sub, I believe most people get a LOC and tap the rear speaker output to provide signal to the sub amp.

If you are trying to overhaul the audio, but keep the stock HU, your best bet would be to get a DSP to get all the signal and clean it up for your new amps. Just remember that the DSP route can be major cash.

Hey, I was wondering if you can tell me what the menu button is to enable your RCA output in the back?

I held all the buttons and nothing appears.... BUT
I get a subwoofer setting that I can turn on/off....
not sure if thats what you had to do?
