Is that your sway bar? I think I'd be concerned any time a suspension component is damaged.

no it’s not my sway bar, it’s rubber but i don’t see any fluids coming out of it, they’re shredded on both sides from my wheels being wide, i’ll try to zip tie it away from the wheel i’m not sure what it is tho

So, seriously, let's go through the possibilities. Are there coolant lines in the back? Oil lines? Blinker fluid lines? No.

So it's either gas or brake lines. Why would a gas line go into a wheel? It wouldn't. Why would a brake line go into a wheel?

By the power of deduction, it must be a brake line (though possibly the ebrake). I'm always concerned about damage to any brake line.

Some better angles would help alot with seeing what it is? Maybe Jack up the car and get some pics from underneath? Doesn't look like anything MAJOR but it's definitely something you'd want to find a remedy for asap.

Yeap, concerned is a word.

Fix, that's another word you should be using sooner rather than later.

The worn line is for your handbrake cable, remove wheel, bend bracket, test and adjust.

How wide are your wheels? From your avatar pic it looks like they are pretty sunken in like stock width. Maybe you just have really wrong offset on those wheels.

Ebrake line, you can just bend the bracket back. That's what I did.
