Or of I should just get springs for the mean while and my friend would be installing it for 75$

Great DD status: Penske, Ohlins, etc. Yup...pay to play.

Keep in mind we only recommend setups that we would use on our own car.
No V3's on that list?

Mike sold me some!

Guess they are out of that budget range. Great DD coilover, but under the Ohlins and Penske.

If we discussed under $2500, then KWV3 and RCE T2.

Enkei RPF-01s in 17x8 or 18x8 will fit, and you can run some sticky 245s on them.
yeah i was thinking to go with rpf1's rajins or pf01's was also looking at str601's and yeah i may save up and get fortune 500's and just use some springs with my stock coilovers untill i have more money any suggestions on springs?

I have Koni rears and strut inserts (front) on eibach pro kit springs. I may add the HVT top hats soon. I really love them

I'm running the ST's and I like them a lot.

I'd jump on the $450 ST's, then keep them if you like them, or otherwise run them and save for a better set where you can take the time and research and get just the right set of coilovers for your application.

The stock suspension is very good for what it is. Most systems on the market have done almost no R&D work to remedy the inherent issues with the FRS/BRZ if you lower the car. With that said, the list I have provided are some of the kits we have tested and approved.

I've got Tein coming for mine in the next few days. I did hollow sway bars and there was a definite improvement. We do track days in the 86, I fit some EBC front pads and Kumo Ectsa tyres for the track and the car is excellent. Not that I'm unhappy with the suspension but I would like to lower it 1/2 inch and have the option to play with bump and rebound.
