Got the intercooler piping done! That was a big question on how and I'm glad it was fairly painless. The only issues that might come from this are the pipe from the blower to the intercooler is touching the frame a little. Might need to cut it in half and use some hose there.

The supercharger is 100% ready to go now with the new pulley and amazingly the stock Acura TSX belt worked perfectly.

A few updates, Got the IC7 mounted and I think the position is just about perfect. Bought a new set of Konigs from a black friday sale, and bought a used rear diff with a os Giken LSD and 4.556 FD. Need to pick up this weekend.

And just been trying to focus on getting the wiring done so I can start the car soon. Documenting the cable lengths, making wiring diagrams, researching, researching, cutting crimping....its pretty fun actually.

Rippy

Also got the ecu, relays, fuses, can modules mounted. Used an old wing endplate that fell off at VIR and was ran over as the back plate.

A Few updates: The engine runs! and after some trials and tribulations, everything (mostly) works. Bled the coolant, and still having some issues with air, so going to have to rock the engine around to try and get some out. But I did make an extra heat shield from the header.

I also made this Fan shroud in Fusion 360 and had it sent to sendcutsend.com. I wish I had used a little thicker aluminum but I think It came out fantastic. This will be be the base for the air evacuation vent to the hood.

Here is the car on the jackstands:

Here is the car not on jackstands, you can see the exit of the exhaust I made so far with a spiral muffler and a glasspack muffler and some oval 3" tube. Its not done yet as its going to turn up and extend to clear the diffuser.

One final thing, I scored this awesome rear diff with a 4.556 final drive and OS Giken LSD. It came off a local guys crashed endurance car and we know it works great. Already had the parts shop max bushings and everything.

Next steps include getting it aligned, taking it to the Dyno on the Jan 5th, and finishing up a few other odds and ends. First track day Feb 18th!

So lets see where am I now.....Took the car to my brothers shop and got the car aligned, then put the new wheels on.

weighed the car there too and this is with no driver, and almost empty fuel. Dropped about 160lbs!

After that it was christmas so I have been hammer down on aero and ducting....still not done, but its been a lot of trial and error. here is a taste...the plans I have for it should be pretty cool.

Then this past week I got to the dyno thats about a mile from my house at JSpeed tuning in Gastonia.

ended up having some battery issues on the dyno...dont plug a normal battery charger to your lithium battery kids.

Once we had that figured out we started actually getting some stuff done, and did a tune on just motor (Red) and then on the blower (BLue)

Surprised you didn't rev up to 8k or so. Was there a reason for that?

We were already over The supercharger limit by 5% @ 7300. I need a smaller diameter crank pulley to slow the blower down so I can rev it up more. We revved it to 8500 on the just the motor fine though

That makes sense. I really want to get started on a SC setup but for now I think I'm going to hold off. If a partial kit of any brand pops up cheap I may snatch it up to help make piecing something together easier though.
