Again, I'm going to ask to see it and see if they'll lube it again just in case

My squeaky clutch came back after 30,000 miles since they fixed it. I lubed up the clutch fork. The clutch fork was extremely dry so I thought, "Ah that's gotta be it!". But nope, kept on squeaking for another 2 weeks. So I thought the worse and bought a new Stage 1 Exedy Clutch thinking it my TOB was done for. Well it turns out this week the squeak went away and the clutch pedal got super smooth. WTF

BTW I used that Lucas Red 'N Tacky #2.

Hmmm... the plot thickens. Well, definitely don't mention my namecalling and rush to judgement.

That would have been enough time to pull the transmission and actually inspect.

Exactly which points did you lube? Mine started acting up at about 20,000 miles, IIRC.

I lubed up as much as the metal rod as I could see. I had my brother step on the clutch and pulled back the rubber cover and lubed it generously.

Just wanted to update everyone. After lubing up my clutch fork the noise never came back and the pedal is as smooth as ever.

I wasn't able to get photos of anything but the throwout bearing but they replaced everything in the clutch assembly. The clutch is ridiculously light now and smooth as butter!

Sounds like me. When I got mine back two weeks ago the clutch pedal was so light it really caught me off guard. It's been two weeks now and it STILL surprises me every time I get into the car.

Does the squeaky clutch pedal happen for you guys on a cold start or does it come after driving a while?

mine happened all the time, and my throwout bearing looked "perfect" according to my advisor and the clutch was good to go, but they replaced it anyhow.
