Generic oil catch can mounting

Trying to mount one of these to the strut bar for the manifold oil vent that goes to the PCV(I think). Need some ideas on how to make a bracket for either one. Image attached.

I used zip ties for simplicity. I looked online and never found anything. I could have made something, but decided just to live with the zip ties for now.

does anyone know the diameter of our strut bar

Edit: just measured it at 3 inches around so its .95541401273
