There's one literally the next day haha. So I might just book the hotel for two nights and either drive or just spectate/try to get a couple ride alongs.

Do they provide a helmet for you to use, or will you have to purchase one before the event?

You can rent one but I'm probably just going to buy myself one since I'd be able to use it whenever and be more familiar with it.

Not a bad idea.

@The Racers Line what kind of selection do you have?

HJC AR10 III in either White or Black is what I can get in short notice. I don't have any in stock at the moment, but can have one in about 2 days if you have your head measurements.

Time for a suspension upgrade

I ordered a set of RCE Yellows last night and they arrive tomorrow!

I'll be waiting until after my HPDE to install them though, since I want to get a feel for the stock suspension in a track environment first.

Also thinking about getting either the Cusco gas pedal extension or the Verus gas pedal spacer, but haven't decided on either yet.

Haven't decided yet. No experience with doing that before.

Just remember you will need an alignment afterwards. I had my yellows installed by and then had an alignment at AutoRnD in Fremont for a reasonable price.

I have the GSpeed pedal relocate kit and LOVE it. Daily driving it took a bit to get used to, but on track it is natural and heel-toe is so much easier.

Oh nice, hadn't heard of that one. Looks similar to the Verus one.

We'll see. Not sure how much I actually need it.

I hAve the cusco pedal on the car now. Doesn't make much difference.

I bought the PST pedal relocate (looks just like gspeed) months ago but haven't installed yet. Probably because I've been using the ecutek auto-blip.
