Would have had one for you guys today, but fucking FedEx wouldn't take the signed note I left on my front door in lieu of a signature. So now I have to wait until Monday to get it.

Just installed mine tonight. I'm very happy with the way it sounds. Has a nice deep bassy rumble to it but not too loud at all. Pretty much sounds to me like what a stock sports car should sound like. I'll get up a video as soon as I can.

Havent got the time to record sound clip yet, but for the ones who installed it, how much gap do you have from the top of the exhaust tip to the bumper? I feel like mine is kind of low and does not fill up the hole that well.

I'm happy to announce that the volume has actually mellowed down a bit and is more "bearable" than before. Maybe I'm just getting used to it. I'm going to try sound dampening to see if it helps even more. Again, catless header here.

Here's the only pic I have of mine. Might give you an idea on the gap.

Here you guys go. FT86SpeedFactory Catted UEL header, Motiv Catted FP, and obviously Greddy Supreme Sp catback.

Going to make a better video over the weekend because there is too much wind noise in this one.

I'm debating whether or not to pick one of these new suckers up right now. @anewprelusion In regards to your post that you can feel the SP's noise in your head, what did you mean? Are you eluding to drone or some sort? Can you go slightly more in into depth? Thanks! I, too, have catless headers and am in the boat to "quieten" my current set up for the daily driving. :/

Unfortunately I'm not too familiar with exactly what "drone" sounds like. The best I can describe it is that there's certain sound frequencies that goes through the head making it quite uncomfortable. It only occurred at lower RPMs (around 1500-2500), so it would pass quickly while shifting through gears, or while cruising. Since I have an A/T, I cruise in the city on 6th gear at this RPM range sometimes. It may be different for the M/T people.

Also note that I do believe I am more sensitive to sounds than others. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy loud exhausts, loud music, etc. But there's just certain sounds/frequencies that really bother me that others around me can't hear or don't notice. Like when an electrical device is emitting a faint sound in an otherwise silent environment.

HOWEVER, I don't know if I've gotten used to it, or the exhaust has quieted down after putting a few hundred miles on it, but I no longer feel this "uncomfortable" feeling in my head anymore. Which is why I have decided not to trade/go back to stock for now. I still find it a bit loud sometimes, but at least it's not uncomfortably loud.

I hope this helps you in your decision = )

I'm entirely the opposite way about this exhaust. It's quiet, almost too quiet. I've had invida q300 on my last civic si. Much louder than my frs.

This exhaust only let's you know it's there if you're WOT. And still the sound tube in the car is louder.
