Quick question about oft and the sbd turbo kit, does a custom oft offer an over boost protection. I want to go fi but she's my daily and it seems a lot of the blown motors are happening becuase of over boosting.

Yep there is an overboost protection but I'm not sure about the details related to its implementation.

That's promising! What other mods have been done?

our setup is:

kraftwerks C30 kit
SARD decat EL header
stock overpipe
SARD catted frontpipe
Milltek resonated catback
deatschwerks 65c fuelpump
asnu 650cc port injectors
HKS head gaskets
ARP head studs
98 ron EU fuel
7400rev limit

build thread on fb https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...8047905&type=3

we could not get enough fuel in it on stock fuel system, we tried about every possible ratio of DI / PI but it always went too lean up top (16afr in boost) so upgraded fuel system and now everything is good.

That's my open source contribution that I ported over to B01C for Shiv:
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=93000

There is a speed limiter fuel cut which is set by default to fuel off over 500km/h. The boost cut switch in software feeds MAP to the subroutine rather than speed.

Nice build.
If you want to go Flex Fuel, I've got mine working well for A01G.
