You want to learn about a total screw-up you need to research Michael Schumacher's 1998 British G.P. win were he served a stop-go penalty after he'd won the race.

Or clashes between title contenders. Senna v. Prost, or "you hit the wrong part of him Michael."

First test is underway! Well, its been for about 4 hours. But I'm delighted to look forward to another season. Crazy how much F1 cars have evolved over the years, some aspects for the better, some not so much.

I tent to be wary of first test times and results since all the teams do is get as much data and a lot of the higher end teams tend to sandbag. But Max… boy was putting in the WORK. Same as Seb. I think they did 60+ laps? Kind of weird to see how Hamilton joined at the second session and not throughout the whole day.
Im off to play F1 2021 on the simulator, suddenly feel inspired….

From F1:

The FIA Formula 1 World Championship visits countries all over the world with a positive vision to unite people, bringing nations together.

We are watching the developments in Ukraine with sadness and shock and hope for a swift and peaceful resolution to the present situation.

On Thursday evening Formula 1, the FIA, and the teams discussed the position of our sport, and the conclusion is, including the view of all relevant stakeholders, that it is impossible to hold the Russian Grand Prix in the current circumstances.

I heard Haas isn't running Russian flag colors and removing their Russian sponsor logo. At least I don't have to see that shit anymore. Now if they could just dump Mazespin...

The UEFA Champions League Final has also been moved from Russia to France.

Both good decisions.

The porpoise ing they’re experiencing is interesting.

Mazipin may be taken down a few notches in popularity polls this year.

Russell in a decent car

Gonna be a great season.

I didn't realize there were any notches below his current position.

Haas Will decide next week if they dump Uralkali
Sponsorship, Nikita has been part of that deal from the beginning. So if he has no sponsor from his dad he has no more seat with HAAS, HAAS must be getting a lot of calls from Ex F1 drivers & wannabee’s for that seat.

I wish everything calms down somewhat soon, as the politics could be felt at other races & sporting events (Protests or terrorist activities)

Yeah it is pretty crazy. I didn't realize how bad it was till I saw a video of the Ferrari going down the straight.

Is hard to tell, HAAS is already under budget constraints and they seem to have a history being sponsored by sketchy companies (Rich Energy). They would have to find a company that would be willing to risk it all with them, and possibly give a seat to Oscar Piastri since is the most logical option. The kid deserved a seat.
