The inside is black anyways, no point in doing that. For mine, I didn't either. I only ensured good coverage on the sides of the spokes and the lip.

We plasti-dipped our rims the first weekend we had her, two months ago, we have been to two track days and several shows. Over the weekend we were at the Import Tunre meet and got a lot of people asking about the rims and liked the way they looked. If you get new tires make sure u let they know they r coated. If they mess it up, u can just cut the damage out n put some light coats over it until it coats and then one coat over the whole tire

You can do 2 wheels per can, but I would probably toss in a 3rd one to make the coat thick, making it easier to peel off later.

I just dipped mine black yesterday. Took my time and used 1.5 cans for all 4 tires, 4 coats each tire. Going to rock the blue on black look for a bit then try a blue on bronze/silver. Picture quality is not the best due to lighting and phone camera.
