Shoutout to people who throw out a lower offer, then I agree, then throw out an even lower offer (sight unseen in person).
Probably thinking, "since he agreed to my offer, damn, I should have went even lower. Now, I don't want to buy it anymore" or "Since he hasn't sold it from the day I initially offered him, maybe he will take even less now". Stupid. What's up with people these days? Stick to your own offers, don't back down. smh. Whats up with people these days?
