Android head units

Haso anyone here taken the risk on purchasing any of the unknown android units on ebay?
I want a Ca-Fi but they are impossible to get atm.
Even second hand they just don't come up.

I am not needing anything big brand or amazing sound quality as if it was up to me I would remove the speakers anyway.

My requirements are:

200mm wide obviously.
Android
Compatible with torque and OBD2
Compatible with some kind of laptiming app
GPS
WiFi and or 3g/4g
Bluetooth
Compatible with standard USB and auxiliary via adapter

I don't mind what it is as long as it works and not terrible for speed and usage.
I don't care about cd/DVD.
I don't want to spend much because I don't care about status etc.
It's all about the function.

I am using "Ownice C200". Definitely fast UI (no lags), although there are some slight bugs. It meets all your requirements
