Twin phantom supercharger Update!

So it's been a lil while since I've updated what I've done to the twin phantom setup, and most of it has just been trying different things to see what would get me the best results so now that I've finally came to a final setup I will list the items needed to complete this build and total prices.
Originally the idea was to run an intercooler and torqamps bypass valve. The intercooler was because at 7psi I figured I would be pushing the same amount as jrsc low boost pulley, sprintex and vortech superchargers, and all these have some sort of cooling. So since I would be running an intercooler it would have been ideal to have the bypass valve in order to help with low rpm restrictions due to the intercooler and twin phantoms. Well we decided not to go with the intercooler because we found the intercooler to rob us of ~2psi and the loss in psi vs the temps wasn't worth it. So intercooler had to go. Then after speaking with jelke the guy who developed the torqamp. He suggested that since I was no longer running an intercooler than I really didn't need the bypass valve. Also removing the bypass valve I would no longer be taking in hot engine bay air since now I would only be running the filter inside the front bumper. So bypass valve was removed and replaced with a straight piece. The good news is that this makes the whole build a lot cheaper and less complicated than before. Jelke did mention that I should make the intake pipes as short as possible so running the phantoms straight into the throttle body rather than around the front grill and back over would be best. But I've switched up this set up on Steve so many times I wouldn't want to make him work more again lol. Maybe next year once it's time for a retune I'll switch it up. But for now it's gonna stay how it is in the picture. So here is the list and prices in the end if anyone else decides to try this they can do it with either a second phantom or torqamp. The build would ultimately be the same but I feel with the torqamp the results would be much better.

Ebay purchase
- intercooler pipes $80
- 45° 2"-2.5" coupler $12.99
- 90° 2"-3" coupler $13.99
- 45° 2.5" coupler $12.99
- 2.5 intake filter $12.99
- crank case breather $4.99
- turbo wastegate mount $30
- 3.0 mas airflow housing $69.99

Amazon purchases
- 22 awg wire $13.97
- 2 awg battery cable 20ft $78.60 (not needed with torqamp kit)
- 8 awg cable 15.79

Home depot
- sheet metal 22G 12x18 8.98
- x24 pipe clamps 48$

- batteries $228 (not needed with torqamp kit)
- delicious tuning oft flex kit $595
- Steve99 custom tune $200

Total price

Twin phantoms $2940 ( this is estimated with a phantom price of 1500$)

Phantom+torqamp set up $3618 ( this does not include shipping price of the torqamp.

Anyways I hope you guys really enjoyed reading about this as much as I've enjoyed building it. I will say this its so much fun running g37s and Z boys. Hopefully soon I can get you guys an actual dyno run print. Cheers!

I spliced mine and used these small copper clamps that they sell at home depot I crimped them down and then used heat shrink and electrical tape to insulate the splices.

My fuse inside is good as well, getting a good voltage from the batteries and everything.
I would pay to have it repaired
@BlOody_BoOger
Could I ship you my controller and you swap it into your setup to see if it works for you? I'm curious if it's something else in my setup
It would just have to be the same connections because some of the phantoms came with an extra wire or so. Send me a pic of the connection part and I'll compare with the ones I have it its a match we'll try it.

Sure thing, i'll send you some pics. At this point for me the system is useless if the controller can't send the electricity to the impeller.

Could just be the switch itself

Naw, I was using the procede controller and the voltage was going down to 26v like it was trying to send it, then briefly spiked to 30v as it failed to send.

All of that said, I didn't try recently with the pedal switch.
If the controller is similar to what you have i'm very curious what is causing the issue

Im lot using the procede so I'll try it just like that with the pedal switch if that works then it could be the procede.

he and i have same situation. difference is i use pedal switch not procede
switch can be burned too? because i found same exact switch online but i dont know about electrical stuff so i didn't order it yet.
voltage reading battery correctly just it does not engage it.

No just the connection on the controller to the voltmeter. The problem could bro. The switch or the voltmeter housing. There may be a connection issue from the voltmeter to the switch since the voltmeter reads fine
