So I work for a company that makes educational software and they are looking to hire some entry level developers. (Right out of college basically)

Thought it might not be a bad idea to post up here encase a local is looking for a position, it can be hard for new grad's to find work at times.

Message me if you are interested I believe the pay is around 40-48k Salary.

I do actually recall you mentioning something about that. I've seen the M3 video as well. One of those things where you think it'll never happen to you, til it does. I got lucky.

I thought I'd have to get towed for sure... and I didn't have cell reception, so I have no idea how long I would've had to walk, in the dark, before I could even place a call. Didn't think about taking a pic of the car 'in' the ditch til I was already out of it. Would've been nice to keep up on my visor as a reminder.

Well then why did you put my car in a ditch?!?

I got a good respect for that drive on my one and only ride up with you guys. It was dark, so I was unable to view all the doom that lurks around the curves.

Its very good you and your ride are OK
Thanks man. Definitely need better everything. I'm sure new tires will be on the car before the year is up. In the meantime I will be taking it down a couple notches on the 88, and kicking it up a few at autox

That's what I always tell people as well. A really long roller coaster, where your car is not connected to rails (even as much as we claim they are sometimes). I've been quite a few times at night, and twice now during the day. I think I prefer night just because there's less traffic. You can't really see much ahead of you in the day anyways because the turns are so sharp.

Plus the canyon at sundown last night was gorgeous... It'd be hard to actually keep my eyes on the road if it wasn't pitch black.

There will be a tear down & monster build thread in the next 2-6 weeks with details.

I had one of the highest HP supercharged FR's in the country... it went KABOOM after 3 hours of detailing the car prepping for the show on sunday. If you were there... there were chunks of my motor being passed around lol.

Thanks. looks fantastic..... while parked. LOL I got there a tad late, i bummed a ride from a friend, then another friend for lunch, then another friend to the after party... haha.

I'll be back in the scene soon though. I just need to finish this project on work and then get a block built. Its a tad rough finding a "worth while" stock block,I may end up just ordering an OEM block & crank, or purchasing a pre-built. I talked to fullboost today and they have a forged 10:1 CR short block sitting in the shop =x.

Just a little teaser as to what I have planed...

The December 7th Arizona region annual driver's school registration is open to anyone, even those more experienced drivers wanting a day of practice and/or test & tune; however, priority will be given to Novice drivers should the 60 student maximum be reached. This is usually a sellout each year and well worth it. It would take many weekends of auto-x to get a similar amount of practice and even then you may not learn what you can in one day with the feedback from the experienced instructors.

Each student will be assigned to a run group and two personal instructors, one for the morning and one for the afternoon session. Entry fee is $65 for SCCA members and $70 for non-members and includes lunch. Instructors will be giving ride-along in their own cars during the lunch break - it is a chance to ride in prepped cars with experienced drivers. runs. The school will be held at the Bondurant pad at Wild Horse Motorsports Park.

THERE IS NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION - PRE-REGISTRATION ENTRIES ONLY:
1. Register online at http://www.mindthecones.com/register/183 and pay via PayPal or mail check to address on attached entry form.
2. Register via mail by printing attached entry form and mailing check to address on entry form.

Registration will close on November 27 or when registration limit is reached. Questions can be asked on this thread or PM'd to me.

Agenda for School:
Gates open: 6:30 am
Registration check-in/tech inspection: 6:30 – 7:30 (Arrive early!)
Drivers' meeting/instructor introductions: 7:30 – 7:40
Morning course walk: 7:40 – 8:20
Morning driving sessions: 8:30 – 12:00
Lunch break: 12:00 – 12:55
Instructor runs/student ride-alongs (ride with instructors in their vehicles!): 12:00 – 12:55
Afternoon driving sessions: 1:00 – 4:30
