Flimsy diffuser

I noticed this today, when i was changing my reverse lights to LED reverse lights. The diffuser, where the edges meet around the reverse light housing, there is a tiny gap, and when you press inwards it would sit flush, however when left the way it is, there is a tiny gap. I maybe nit picking, just wanted to know if anyone of you have looked into that area.

Yea, the diffuser could probably do with another clip or two.

The diffuser could have also used better stiffer material close to the same gauge as the bumper.

Since it's only for looks, I'm guessing they didn't bother with quality of materials all that much..

Have you ever pressed on the rear bumper of a C6 Vette? Not uncommon

Less plastic = less weight = less money. I agree it needs more clips though.
