Miscommunication basically. It's been so long since I ordered the tune Til the time I got data logs that it was overlooked I was at 5000 feet so my boost was lower then expected.

At first that just sounds cool.....but then you gotta fix the car. So congrats on more power, and sorry the car broke. I will be installing my kit soon, waiting to do clutch first.

Just curious, how many miles on the car?and roughly how much power are you making on E85?

I was bummed I had to tow it off, but other than that I knew it was a possible eventuality.

I have 56k on the car (about 10k on the edelbrock). Making about 330whp on e-85.

The axles on these cars are notoriously weak. I broke both sides while I was stock and was able to get them replaced under warranty. I'm actually surprised that the OEM replacements lasted after the Edelbrock.

Yeah, there is no way I will be able to get these done under warranty unless I put the stock suspension back in. Even then they will probably deny me due to the edelbrock.

What axle did you end up upgrading to? Did you get diff risers as well ?

I actually never ended up upgrading, just stuck with the OEM axles I got through warranty. Held together no problem, ~10k mi of DD, weekend canyon runs and 4 track days.

I was planning on getting Driveshaft shop axles if the warranty didn't take care of it.

I may be able to get it covered, but I'm putting down around 245 tq to the wheel and I don't want to almost lose control like I did last night. I had to really work to keep the car from running off the road into trees. Not an enjoyable experience.

That's a buttload of low-end torque, you have a built engine?
