Here are some of the comments translated from Russian:

Here is a setup from the manufacturer of car DEXP, the error is related to the calculation of the exact number of weeks through the exchange of data with GPS satellites, 0 April 6, 2019 was updated, and 0 7 no longer works.

TEMPORARY SOLUTION, raise likes! We take out the radio and unscrew the back of the GPS antenna. Navigation, respectively, stops working, but the error disappears, the radio works fine.

A similar situation ((. I couldn’t even find the firmware, I’ll take your word for it that the firmware will not help. I wonder what the solution will be?

***********OK so I got it running. You just have to kind of repeat what he did in the video. It was shutting off while trying it but in the end the date being set back one year and turning off those two check marks in GPS settings did it. If you go back into the GPS settings, they are checked every time so it seems lie it rechecks itself after you exit that menu setting, not sure. I also unplugged the GPS satellite from the back. So it's either the GPS setting, the date change or unplugging the antenna or some combination of that.

Wow, extremely weird. I started having the same issue. I thought i messed it up. I did a factory reset. It didn't fix it. Turns out others having the same issue.
I'll try that even weirder solution to fix a voice update issue..

Has anybody got a fix for the unit always rebooting itself?

I've owned the unit for roughly 3-4 years and it has been running smoothly. Just recently, the system has just been rebooting itself every 2 minutes or so. It happens both when using bluetooth to play music from my phone, and also when playing music in my SD card. Even when I'm not using the unit at all, it restarts.

I've been playing music from the same SD card for years, and have not added anything new onto it so I don't see the SD card being the problem.

I have tried resetting the unit, and doing a factory unit reset but no luck. Could it be a hardware problem?

Thanks.

Verified that unplugging the gps antenna does in fact fix the issue.

So ultimately it's looks just like unplug GPS antenna then reset. Resetting date was just an idea but that Russian video has them just unplugging and that doing it. Maybe the date can be even reset back to the right year after.
Or do all three things in this order, unplug GPS/reset year/reset unit to factory and then plug back in GPS and fix year to current and it will just be one year behind but with GPS still working but thinking it's just a year behind.
They did also say in the later comments that that manufacturer is looking into a firmware fix. It's not the same maker but the Android version and all the menu/options/etc all look the same so if that DEXP fixes it, it should be
a firmware fix for the Cafi too.

Just to clarify my comment. I first unplugged gps from back, in the process of trying to changed date it kept reseting, so I pressed the little reset button in the upper right, which stoped the issue. I changed the date just in case.

I actually still enjoy mine - and hope someone will find a fix. I’ve been looking for alternatives, but I can’t find a single one that will fit in the same way - no brackets, etc. If you have any suggestions, please share.

now, time to go back to the parking lot and disconnect the gps antenna... although it’s not of much use without the gps. I really hope the fix works...

l.e. disconnected the gps, changed the date to 2018, I have music and no more resets. whenever I try to reconnect the gps antenna, the date resets to 1963 and it all goes to crap. which is unfortunate, because that counts for 80% of it’s usefulness to me.

still open to any suggestions...

I emailed their tech support when it first happened and still havent heard anything back. Sucks that the unit was only good for a few years.
