Installing JDL Catted Header. Front O2 sensor wiring too short!
So I'm on the tail end of the install, and went to reconnect the harnesses for the 02 sensors. The one after the cat (the black connector, if I'm correct), reaches fine. The front one (grey connecter) doesn't have long enough wiring to reach the connector. Has anyone else run into this on their header install?
Is it possible to extend the sensors wires at all if need be?

Swap your sensors. They are in the wrong holes

Remember the front O2 sensor is between the engine exhaust port and the cat. Right in front of the engine. The cat sensor which is longer and has a black connector is by the right fender and after the cat in relation to the exhaust flow.

The O2 sensors were in the correct bungs. That was my first thought to check though.
The front one was just too short by about an inch. I ended up just having to unclip the top harness from it's mounting point which moved it just close enough to clip the harnesses together. No CEL or anything so far today so I should be set.

I had this problem with my JDL headers too. I couldn't put them in each clip in place and they are kinda just hanging there. they are tight enough to not move around.
