I just realized something...

SEMA 2012 is going to be full of custom FR-S and BRZs!

Oh and for those following it, the Factory Five 818 will be unveiled in completion too.

But the FTs will probably take over most of the import tuner booths.. This is gonna be cool

I think the FRS will be the first affordable import that i wont get tired of seeing at car shows like that.

Speaking of customized FRSs, does anyone know if Toyota has axed this wing?

I doubt it. I know a lot of people hate it on this forum but I personally like it. Gives the car a completely fresh look, in my opinion. Nothing wrong with options. If you don't like it, don't buy it.

I really like large wings too. But i saw these wings on older photos, but not on anything recent. I also haven't seen the Five Axis kit on the new cars, which i thought would be out right now like the Action Package Celicas. But it seems all that stuff needs to be ordered or something instead of being offered alongside all other models..?

I'm heading to the Factory Five open house on Saturday where they are supposed to unveil the production body. Dave said they will show the race/track spec (open ****pit) at SEMA which I think will be epic. Definitely can't wait for that car.

I like the big wing too, honestly. A spoiler is about the only accessory I'd like to add to my FR-S in the near future. Hopefully that one becomes a production item.

Do you think they may possibly start rolling out a full release of the Five Axis-kit FRSs next year, leaving all "Early Bird" buyers kind of upset because they weren't given the option at initial launch?
