I was tempted to get these but I'm really not sure what the difference in feel is between the replacements and the inserts (which I have installed). Any idea?

I am not sure as I meant to buy the inserts and bought these on accident. After doing control arm bushings and subframe bushings, I was pretty over swapping bushings at that point.

did you find the subframe bushings extreme? Mind you, I don't have the control arm bushings but I was very okay with the NVH resulting from the subframe bushings

I am running the SPL solid mount setup and it is a bit too much for a street car that sees some track time. I think the biggest issue is my AL one piece driveshaft is already very noisy, and now having the subframe solid mounted exaggerates that even more. I think the bushings would have been a better compromise of performance/NVH for my car.

I see. Okay I think it'll be alright on my car. I'll talk to my mechanic and get back to you. Guessing by "North America" you also mean Canada right?

No problem. Thanks.

I'd say if it was a mod that you are interested in trying, a diff brace or the inserts would be a better option as they are both easily removable.
