Every car varies in what it likes; no two engines are alike, but super rich is what you do when you want to "play it safe" and not really spend the time to dial it in. JRSC boost levels are not unknown territory. If you're using a one time off-the-shelf tune, then sure, I get why its rich. If you're getting a custom tune, it doesn't need to be.

My personal boosted car (turbo) runs typically around .82 lambda under WOT. This is ~~12:1

I'm running a Harrop kit with e85 at an AFR that is in the high 11's at WOT. Tuned by Zach when he was at DT, who is now at CSG.

Anyone running the Verus brake duct kit with the JRSC kit? With the smaller wiper reservoir and the IC tubing I'm trying to remember how much space was left in there for brake duct tubing.

I was mistaken. When I said 11.2 AFR @ full boost that was me glancing at my gauge while driving, just took a log on the highway and it reads 12.17 AFR @ full boost. Waiting for Mike to tell me where I can send it, anybody else wants to take a look let me know.

Also, @kowalski wanted to know temps from the JRSC dual cooler. For now, I can tell you cruising on the highway it's a steady 190 for water and 192 for the oil. I work from home so I don't spend a lot of time in stop and go traffic, but I can share data from Daytona after next week provided Mike gives me an OK.

you can upload it to a datalog website of your choice, or email to me, or upload to google drive and give me a link. Whatever suits your fancy.

I no longer have an EGT sensor, as the one I used to use was a borrowed setup.

That said, my ceramic hasn't failed, so i know my sustained temps have to be under 2300F.

well i Hope so?
i have problems keeping a friend's car under 970 celsius
0.7Bar boost, he has wrapped header and front pipe with 200 cells metal cat, no mattera what we do, even with 10.5afr and 102 Ron and intercooler waterspray, and ignition timings to the edge of the knock correction, EGT goes high
Fortunately he is going to switch to catless soon, but i hoped you were going to check EGT in your race car, it must be high the EGT with cat, boost and such an AFR

I've been kicking around the idea of going E85 with my C38 on stock pulley. Upgrading the injectors, pump, and a DT FF kit. My question is is anyone running E85 on stock pulley as a daily and how many miles so far? What reliability can I expect out of a stock motor with this setup? I know tuning is a big part as well and how much of a power increase does E85 give on stock pulley? I'll be switching between E85 and 93 quite often more than likely. Thank you guys.
