Nashville talk...

We spotted 2 red and 1 white FRS on a dealer transporter headed eastbound on 840 (middle TN) today! June 1st launch date is almost here!

Lets use this thread to discuss stuff happening in middle Tenn.

I've spoken to a couple locals who are eager to test drive cars. Perhaps it will just take a little time for them to post up.

After picking our Whiteout up last Tuesday morning, I can't see how this color is still sitting on a lot ANYWHERE! It's simply beautiful.

Actually, these cars look incredible no matter the color.

Whats up everyone. I'm currently living in memphis and plan on moving up to nashville within a year and a half. I had to buy my FR-S from Oklahoma bc there was a two month wait in memphis for an AUTOMATIC! Thankfully the dealer in OK was nice enough to hook me up with a shipping company. Im finalizing on the car tomorrow and hope to have it next week.

Look forward to hopefully meeting some of you guys down the road!

Picked mine up on the 7th, sort of lucked out as the guy who had a deposit on it backed out. My salesman called me as he was walking out the door. I owned it about an hour later.

And I agree, the Whiteout is awesome in person, but I might be slightly biased...

Beaman in Nashville claims their next cars are coming in July. The Subaru dealer acrss the street had one BRZ which sold immediately, but I don't know when they are getting more in. I stopped in there to buy an oil filter and the parts guy was all excited to come out and look at my FR-S and compare it to what he knew of the BRZ. He never saw the one they had in stock, it was gone that quick.

Where are you in Memphis? There are 4 of us that I know of here besides you.

Theres me, a white FR-S (member here), Blue FR-S (know her but dont know if she is a member), and a black one running around somewhere supposedly.

I also saw someone picking up a BR-Z the other day here.

Others have said it and I can't agree more, pre-ordering should have priority. It's so frustrating when I hear and see the cars on lots no one ordered.. Make me give a non-refundable deposit and I have to wait longer than if someone driving by randomly saw it and didn't know anything about it they can get it same day..

Memphis is about 4 hours :/
