PP Brembo Brake repair?

I purchased a used '17 Performance Package that came with brembo brakes, but they're sounding pretty bad when I drive recently. Screeching and metallic scratching noises when braking.

To repair this problem, I can buy Winmax w3 pads for the front and back? Also would I need to purchase rotors as well? If so, which ones are compatible for Brembo?
If you could redirect me to a thread instead, it would be greatly appreciated!

You should inspect your current set up before buying anything.

This, the PP brakes are not designed to be quiet. Nothing may be wrong or the brakes are about to shit!

Make sure you actually need pads first.

W3 on the PP calipers will also make noise.

My car was finally checked by a mechanic. He said the brake pads are worn out and need to be replaced, rotors just need resurfacing that he can do. Any recommendations? Daily use, don't really track.
The car has ~40k miles

Then why did you get PP brakes?
My recommendation is go back to stock and just buy this:

Look in your area for 86’s that track. Offer to swap brakes with someone that has stock brakes. Tell them you will give them your brakes if they put their stock calipers, new rotors and pads on your car. BOOM free brake job!

This poor guy. Everyone is trying to get his brakes or devalue his car, lol. He just needs pads and rotors.

Previous owner sounds like they may have done some kind of heavy driving with the car though.
