slightly high, just from the additional stress on internal parts. We say that, but that's not really the case with your engine. Wear metals are at perfectly normal levels for a stock FA-20, and this oil was run longer than the average interval of about 4,800 miles. This engine seems to be handling the use and abuse just fine, and a longer run of about 9,000 miles would be okay for the next interval. A trace of insolubles shows excellent oil filtration, and the viscosity is still in grade."

Wow! that's awesome! Good news for your build, that engine, and you
Good news for all of us, too. The FA-20 is a good little engine.

I get it by the case from amazon. Very reasonable. That is one reason I went 7k miles, to prove it can and still be good. I'm just going to change each spring and not worry about it.

mrs humfrz ordered me some *** (cannabis oil) for my aching hips. I can't take anymore NSAIDS, because my one remaining kidney is getting overloaded.

The shipment arrived about an hour ago, so, I dosed up. Oh, I'm feeling soooo good right now, I'm gonna go take a nap -

Ya, but you bought a case of it at $40 per liter -

So, if you would have had those bolt-ons installed proper, you wouldn't have to had to take out a second on your house just to buy oil ?? -

No, more like $15/liter. Since I can easily go 9000 miles between changes, it is a great deal. With oil reports like that, I think I will stick with it.
