We recommend performing all TSB/recalls/services before installing your JRSC.

If you have a early model car, then I would contact your dealer to see if your car is affected. |

This hasn't affected me yet, but let's say there's an update or some issue and I need to get my CPU flashed by the dealer. How does that work? Do I get him to flash it, then I flash my latest tune on top of it? Because the OEM tune will not work now that I have the blower installed.

If you have a early model car that has the issue and you didn't get it fixed before the SC, You will have to remove your supercharger, reflash to stock. Go to the dealer for the fix. Re-install the supercharger and reflash the SC Calibration. |

Help! I have one of the first ever jrsc kits on a '13 and was running great until last month when it threw a CEL. I cleared it but the code came back about a week ago (system too rich, forgot the #). Car seems to be running fine except I can't use cruise control and traction control has been coming and going. The blower started whistling on cold start today that went away after a minute (twice). Any suggestions about where to go from here in southern California? I've tried emailing CSG and Jackson tech support and don't yet have an answer. Help please!

I've finally decided on this kit after reading every single post here. Christ.
60k miles on a '13 limited. Thinking about doing a coolant flush, (just did the trans and diff last year with motul), new spark plugs, make sure the ecu has the latest revision, pads, rotors, fluids .. anybody ever boost an FA20 with around the similar mileage? Any other preventative maintenance I should bang out of the way first? |
