Honey, I Shrunk the 86!

Was at the dealer to replace a stolen valve stem cap (I know, right?) and this was $10.

I have a lot of experience with miniature modeling and painting, and access to a 3d printer as of this week, so I'm going to make it into my car, in miniature. Decals, body kit, interior. Very excited, personally. I like dumb side projects.

It is on the other side of the world right now, but I went to an Area 86 in Nagoya Japan and bought a TRD shift knob for $78 because it was the floor model and the last one they had. Also got a baggy of freebies (desk calendar, business card holder, stickers) when they found out I was visiting from the U.S. I'll upload pics when I get to my next hotel.

They have so much stuff there that I never knew existed. There are 2 armrests that are totally different from the one I've seen in the US. One has the 86 logo embroidered on it. It was a little over ¥10,000 ($90ish). They had a tray that mounts over the little recess behind the VSC and TC buttons that fits an larger smartphone easily. Plus all the neat Tom's and Modellista stuff. They had everything you could think of with the 86 logo on it. I should have bought the 86 towel. Haha
