I don't think the flanges should be powder coated.
that wrinkle finish might lead to leaks.

What kind of #'s did this car produce?

Looks great, especially with that bright powdercoating on the turbo

The header flange to header tubing connection seems a little rough, and bad for flow.

What #'s did each kit make and on what fuel/boost?

Very pretty indeed Inertia !! Roxy , we are cleaning all mating surfaces to ensure a tight and proper seal dont worry Diode and Kuros @ 12psi we made 300whp with 93 octane. On 18psi and e85 we are expecting high 3xx's on a stock block

What your guys though on the wrinkle black coating? Looks, durability, consistancy? Does it match the stock intake plenum's plastic finish very well?

I love the wrinkle black. Give it a very sleek look, and matches the engine bay better than what shiny silver pipes would. The pattern looks consistent throughout the entire kit, I am pleased with the quality. We will be updating this thread with pics in the up coming weeks

18 psi should make close to 500. Im at 450 at 17psi on a gtx28 turbo.

What BOV springs are you guys running? I had some surge/flutter with the brown spring.
