The father-in-law bought one of these. Both it and the sedan that his father bought had removable plates on the passenger floor for “Ice Fishing”. They may have been a good utilitarian vehicle in warm climates but they sure didn’t like Canadian winters. The father-in-law’s Niva rusted away within five years. His father’s sedan took longer as it lived in a garage and had very low mileage. It looked good when they sold it but the underside was trash. I heard the person that bought it paid a lot to have the underside welded up and parts replaced and then sold it, at a loss.

Nice short wheelbase. I bet it'd cross a plowed field with no trouble.

I'm sure they handle winter just fine. It's the salt they can't handle.

Back to the norm in my neck of the woods.. This a time a bullish painted AM, parked in an accessible parking bay... The driver may be suffering from backache having to carry a fat wallet.. Therefore, earning a blue badge of entitlement...

I do not seem to be getting much reaction to the Ferguson Super Sport car in my Hawkefield Fly-in and Car Show thread soooo, I’ll put a couple of photos here and the link to the story.

Another local motor... I am kinda lost when I see Astons and Mclarens, they all look the same.. And I should know better as I am long-term subscriber to Car and Evo mags so should able to tell the difference between each model type..
