Reminds me of an old Chris Harris video.

Now that the entire 1st season is done. Started watching MF Ghost finally. The plot armor is strong.
The whole "Grip-to-Weight" ratio rule is kinda BS handwaving if you ask me.
The Exige is a Series 3 (the last one) and only weighed 2450-2550 depending on the model. (Front) 195/50R16 (Rear) 225/45R17 Those are the stock tire sizes for easily the lightest car in the show.
And the MR/RR/AWD cars have a handicap on top of that. Which isn't gone into detail for what the handicap is either.

So what is this "Grip-to-Weight" ratio number?
Someone did the math. Yeah, it don't work for ALOT of the top 15.
Too much weight/power for the top dogs if they were held to that rule. And that's going of the stock size of the tires for them.
So IMO an even more dumbed down, more unbelievable version of Initial D.

Edit: Just realized how lazy Shuichi Shigeno has become too.
ALOT of the shots in the anime are straight photographs with a few this traced over digitally. Then the characters are just animated over it.
I originally thought it was a lazy studio choice. But nope. It's in the manga too and is super obvious.

True Detective begins and I’m in. Some supernatural shit alluded to about mining and Alaskan wildlife acting crazy. People disappearing in the Arctic circle during the long night winters.

Probably the best footage on a crazy firearms operating system out there. Always thought the AN-94 was cool from it’s representation in video games but it is so uncommon there is not much actual footage of it being fired on the internet in the last 30 years till now. Forgotten Weapons did a great video on its operating system years ago, it’s complexity only surpassed by the H&K G11.

Got more love than my SR-47.
But I love both equally.

Tried to watch Oppenheimer tonight, but couldn't. Kept falling asleep. It's a 3 hour sleeping pill.

They are both likely fabulous and raw to drive, and if you were giving me one I'd take the Alfa, but frankly I wouldn't spend the money on either.

That is pretty common these days with just about anything set in the 'real world.' It annoyed me too when I first noticed but, if it means things get made to a higher quality overall (key art and animation) then it is worth it. As long as the immersion isn't broken.

Still haven't watch MG Ghost. I've started it twice but, never wanted to go past the 1st episode.

Been caught up on Drive to Survive so I switched over to the MotoGP version on Prime.

Other than that been watching Tofu's unique builds such as grafting a R35 GT-R front clip onto a Stagea or turning a Miata into a car from Cyber Punk 2077.
