See, my dad drives vans/SUVs/trucks, pretty much exclusively nowadays which would normally indicate that he isn't going to be very fast. The problem is he likes to "show off" even when he doesn't really know what he's doing.

I'm sure it will be fine...

Just saw Lego is going to release a Notre Dame kit in their Architecture series. 4000+ blocks. It will be interesting to see how it compares to the Building MOC kit, i've admired from afar, but didn't want to drop that much coin on.

That's a big piece of real estate... Big money too.. Fancied building a plastic kit after having seen @Tcoat tanks and other WWII stuff.. But then I don't have the skill of patience to do that kinda of stuff...

I have done some plastic and metal models in the past. Not near @Tcoat's level mind you. It does take patience. The painting skills are completely separate from the build skills.

Doing another double stint out of town for work

The first couple times was because one of the other guys in my position just started a family and he and his wife had their first kid. Now we hired another guy at the branch that we were down a body and they want me down there for training.
