Currently watching the new Group B Rally “Race to Glory”. Loving it so far. The homologation count scene had me dying.

Since I found out you can swap some of the OEM LEDs in the GRC, got some 3000k fog lights (just some cheap Amazon ones, VLEDs doesn't have theirs yet). Exposure settings for before and after pics are the same.

Turned 31 yesterday. I already suffer from back pain, but I thought it was funny and fitting that whilst I was showering I managed to somehow pull a muscle on my back while trying to reach down and rinse my feet. It still hurts today.

I'm only a dozen years older than you but I wish that I had started paying attention to my health at your age versus a year ago. Everything hurts at this age

I give this to almost all of my LBP clients. Along with gluteal retraining, piriformis stretching and foam roller work.

I'll have to watch the link after work since my work browser blocks these kind of things

That’s not good man. Take care of your back, you only get one.

35 here. I use those plastic chair in the shower to wash lower body part. Also, don't bend forward to pick up things from the ground. Put one knee on the ground for reaching things on the ground. Sounds silly af, but as long dont get that stingy pain I'm ok

Not silly at all about the knee. My father-in-law ended up in the hospital with a cracked vertebrae in his neck because he bent over to pick up a leaf off the floor.

I'm looking forward to watching it but I already imagine it's about core-strengthening and flexibility work. Our gut muscles actually hold us up, not our backs. Once I really embraced that, my back pain disappeared.

...

Wow! Not what I expected. I will incorporate this. Thanks!

I thankfully learned this before something happened because of it.
Been working like hell to strengthen my core now.

Picking up the leaf was just "the straw that broke the camel's back". In our modern life, years of bad postural habits/movement patterns create areas of chronic overload. So, depending on how our body's compensate, these overloaded areas are the first to fail. After looking at bodies for 40+ years and being a mechanic for 55+ years, I've learned that the area that hurts is overloaded. I treat the parts that are not working and, most of the time, the pain goes away. You have the treat the body as a musculoskeletal "system". Just treating the part that hurts, misses the bigger picture.

Oh it definitely was. He was on a serious downhill slide when this happened. He was recovering from other surgery at the time and had very limited mobility.
