I think most of you guys are missing the joke. I want one to KEEP not sell or profit from. There are far better cars to flip.

So like I said. Everyone flood the market with your used cars so I can buy one!

In my area, a cubic yard of fill dirt, which weighs more or less the same as the FRS is $50.

Therefore, my car is worth at least 14x dirt, lb for lb.
Damn 5k (6.7 CAD), I'd have bought one already if I could fine one at that price.

She's sticking around, I'd be a fool to dump the Type R.

I want a second car to beat on, take over winter duties, and not really care about that's fun, and what better car to do that with than a 1st gen twin.

First Gen twin with snows or maybe an olde WRX with snows. My 04 WRX wagon with snows is a blast in the winter.

You must have seen a winter or two with your type R, no? Or did you take the bus?

Get one by spring and I'll see you at the track. You need to shake off some rust.

HAH, I took a bus once in the last 8 years. It'll at least be another 8 before I conjure up such a bad idea.

You're damn right about the rust; come to mosport, I've been quietly practicing on these other little 4 wheeled machines..

Yup.

Been learning how slow I actually am and how to correct it at the most fundamental of levels. I've gotten quite obsessed; it's great fun.

That's cool. Way cheaper than lapping, I'm sure.

I have a height handicap. I doubt I'd fit lol

I’d love an FL5 as an additional stablemate to my BRZ. Seperate cars/tyres for winter driving duties is a pretty foreign concept where I live, interesting reading about it on here though.

There is a 6ft guy in my class. It’s based on weight, although my 6ft1 friend has some issues with legs since he’s like all leg. I am definitely an open wheel sized human being though. If you’re ever at mosport, you should just check it out

My FK8 sits in a weird position, while it makes lots of sense to daily it still and have a BRZ for track instead, I’d rather the FK8 be saved from snow and salt instead of the easily obtainable and cheaper BRZ. Had I not this dilemma of weather, I’d do just that.

An FL5 would be a great daily or even just a great car to compliment the BRZ like you say, it’s a much more luxury place to sit and can easily be driven very lax and.. grandpa like. If it made sense to have two type R I probably would.
