I run XP10s on my C63 and I think (?) they've been good to me. I had heat dissipation issues first time at VIR and while I didn't experience pad fade, the end result was repeated boiling brake fluid, baked my piston seals and destroyed the rotors. Used up around half the thickness of the pads. (This was with 35° ambient weather)
Went back in February with the same pads but better rotors, removed rotor heat shields (prob should have done that first go around!) silicon piston seals and Ti shims for the pads. Much better results. ABS would occasionally engage (esp after some jackwagon spilled oil on the front straight). I was tracking with stability and traction control disengaged. (all comments above are in reference to the front brakes. Rears were fine.)
