Much trouble codes don’t know where to start Gt86

Toyota Gt86 2013 A/T

Hey guys. I am having some troubles I got failcodes:
P0300
P0019
P0171

1xP0302
1xP0303

The two at the end just popped on one time the rest is the whole time there (P0171 just popping after some ideling)

I changed the wireharnesses the ECM & direct injection ECU. Just ideling ruff
And honing of wegen I release the gas. I don’t know where to start because I really want to PinPoint the problem before throwing parts in. I hope you have ideas where I can start to look thx for your help!

check the grounds going from the DI ecu to the motor-- one of the bottom bolts serves as it's grounding point, without that, it does some funky things, as we all do if left un-grounded.

Is this a new build? What recent work has been done on the car? Did your problems begin randomly? As @soundman98 suggests, start with basics. Grounds, all connectors secure, no vacuum leaks, then throw parts at it.

P0300 - Random Cyl Misfire
P0302 - Cyl 2 Misfire
P0303 - Cyl 3 Misfire

P0019 - Crank/Cam position correlation

P0171 - lean

Usually when there is a chain of codes it's one causing the others. Cyl misfires seem to be a moving target so I assume* that it's the crank/cam position (which is usually a bad sensor 9/10 times). The lean also could be because of the misfire but then again I suppose you could misfire because you are running lean and maybe* that could throw off the sensors. This is why the other guys are asking about what led up to the codes because it will be easier to identify which came first the chicken or the egg. This could be related to the tune or could just be one bad sensor or coil pack or whatever messing up the timing. I am skeptical about it being a spark plug or a coil pack though because even if they are all due to be changed usually one fails pretty obviously and this seems to be random ones.

After you check the grounds, I suggest you erase the codes, disconnect the battery, drink a half a beer, reconnect the battery.

If you still have a code(s) take your car into a shop.

Good luck.

Thx for all your answers!

A little bit from the story. I rebuild the Engine completely (New Pistons, Rods, Crankshaft...) The car ran very good for like 3-4 Days. After that i had a problem with the fuel line and my car catcht fire. Luckily i was near and had a Fire extinguisher in my car. So i could save it. After that i needed to change many things like the wire harnesses the ECM and Dircetinjection ECU. After i changed the ECM the car ran better but my CAT was glowing light orange so it was very hot. then i got the code that the car runs lean. After some searching the code was erased and i tried to drive a few meters. Then the codes for misfire came and also the P0019(Crank/Cam position correlation).

The DI ECU is grounded completely where should i look for a vacuum leak?

I hope now you have a better feeling for the Problem. Thank you for you time and help!

PS: I have a big Leak in my exhaust system right after the first CAT dose that say anything?

Cat is probably clogged. Knock it out or replace it. Then, do what @humfrz but drink a whole beer while waiting.

Back with only P0171

Soooo I am back! I cleaned the Cat and replaced the O2 sensor. After all of that all codes are gone. Without the P0171. I tried some stuff like pulling the massairflow sensor while the engine was running. (the car was nearly stalling but could handle it after some seconds) also sprayed some starterspray near the intake stuff to check for a leak. At least i logged some informations. I will add them in the .txt if you have any ideas or questions pls feel free to message me!
