Covid probably isn't going away entirely imo. Treatments will probably become more effective over time though. I dont see how the global economy allows us to completely eradicate it.

I expect that to evolve over time as well. Just a few weeks ago fauci told us to double the masks to avoid variants even after immunization. All of a sudden the variants are a non issue. Smells of political pressure
