Camera/pics could have a lot to do with it. However, I got a good polisher and used it on my GBS BRZ not long after I got it. It looked much better/different than a friend's ultramarine FR-S. Another friend didn't even think they were the same color when looking at them side by side. I also put Optimum Gloss Coat on it.

Like anything, that can vary a lot. I spent more than I should have on a nice dual head polisher. Tried a few different polishes. I think a tube of the Gloss Coat is $50 or so. I watched a few YouTube vids by a guy that posts on here named junkman or something similar I think. I had a good bit of free time and like learning how to do different things.

I believe Optimum says the Gloss Coat lasts 2-3 years. Probably depends more on being careful how the car is washed/dried and if the car is kept indoors at all or always outside.

People should never look at a picture and think that is what it looks/should look like. The same car can look 4 or 5 different colours all at the same time depending on angle and light intensity.

Lava is always a great example

Should I wax or opti-coat it in order for my car to look like that? any help would really appreciate it! THANK YOU !!!
I was going to point out the reflection issue until I read @extrashaky above, so all I can offer is: "What he said!" Never trust photos from different cameras for color balance -- only trust your eyes (apologies to Astrud Gilberto).

Your car is gorgeous. Let it go at that.

Ya'll went full photo! Don't ever go full photo! :p

I was totally looking for physical differences... and the only things that came to mind are, "So you want to swap from amber corners to clear, ok no problem... but you also want to get rid of your running lights above the fogs..? problem, cuz why would you want to do that???"
