I met a young employee from Montreal Toyota Nord at the Cars on Fire Show last week-end at Mt Tremeblant.
He is a big fan of the FRS platform and took many photos of my car and another white one close to mine, very similar in appearance to Sylvain's - but nowhere the same under the hood

.

He has been tasked with organizing a "Cars and Coffee" style gathering with a charity BBQ and hopefully some cool swag at the dealership for their introduction of the 2017 Toyota 86. He specifically asked me and the other FRS guy to come, but he would also love it if any other twins would show up too.

So I am trying to give him some idea of the number of possible participants from our group could also make there on Saturday Oct 8.

It is the Thanksgiving Long-weekend, so that might mess things up, but it is the Saturday after all.

I'll post this same feeler up on Facebook too.

If you think you could join us, please post up her in the forum and if you are on Facebook, do so there too, once I get the post written

FYI: E85 no longer available in Ottawa.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this on this forum yet, but I figured I would let you guys know. I just went to the station on Bank St and the pump was out of order. Asked the attendant about it and he informed me that they weren't selling enough and are getting rid of the E85.

Sad news, I really enjoyed running E85 in the summers.

I didn't speak to the Manager, but the attendant I spoke to has been working there for years (at least as long as I have been buying E85 there,,, so about 4 years)

The Petro Canada in Tremblant sells 94 Octane gas for those with Flex fuel setups.
