I am not sure what you mean by "invidia catless exhaust". If you mean header, it is not related to donut gasket.

Mid-pipe connects on the rear side of front pipe and donut gasket is used at that connection if necessary. The connection sequence is as follows from front to rear.

Header <> overpipe <> frontpipe <> midpipe <> catback

OK, if N1 catback is the only change your exhaust system, N1 catback's midpipe should still connect with a donut gasket to the stock front pipe. I would recommend replacement front pipe with the same donut gasket type connection.

Does this one fit automatics for sure? and does it come with donut gasket?

It will fit just fine. HKS fitments are excellent. You can just reuse your oem donut gasket unless you feel the desire to buy another.

Honestly I'd take the Vibrant or the OEM. But the HKS front pipe should come with a new gasket to connect to the over pipe. Same if you bought a new over pipe.

I have the Tanabe Catless FP on my boosted A/T. It fits perfectly but I feel like its the reason my turbo creeps up 2 extra psi.
