WFH since March 2020, lockdown since March 2020. Drove the car just before lockdown and then took if for its service in July 2020 when the first lockdown eased.. But we then went into the second lockdown..

The lockdown easing last week allowed me to get the car running..

Today I learned that flutter and instability can wreak havoc on modern fuel systems if the dampers flop out of tune.


edit: Duh... Flutter IS instability.

TIL not all USB to RJ12 cables have 4 wires.

I should have just cut the end off a usb cable and made it myself from the start.

Today I learned that the OEM key fob battery lasted approximately 3 and a bit years and the replacement was going okay 4 years in but the car has just started to bleep at me.. Ordered a new battery.

Interesting because mine still has the original 2012 battery in it.
