FRS Fluttery chirp rattle thing

Howdy gang. I split the bellow/flex pipe of my header open so I got a new flex pipe welded in. I will note that the welds are good and there are no leaks from the header. After I got the new FP welded on, it sounds tremendously more correct than it did with a hole in the header, but there’s now a weird almost fluttery sound. I’ll see what I can do about attaching a clip. I mostly want to believe this is attributed to the new flex pipe, as change made->new sound (logically). It could be the sound of the exhaust gasses hitting the thin stainless, or it could be worse. I figured I’d just run it by the think tank first. (It also could potentially be the d4s stuff but I don’t think so). Sound is only really there when engine is under load of accelerating/maintaining speed unless I’m super gentle. Not higher revs like above 4-4.5k though.

I'd consider a new header. PLM are bottom barrel in terms of quality. No Current headers use flex pipes as they always fail.

Gruppe-s, MXP, GUMotorsport are inexpensive options. Or find used tomei.
