It's hard to imagine anyone who needs to have a front license plate peferring the Subaru's bumper.
Unfortunately, with a Subaru dealer nearby and no Toyota dealer within 1 1/2 hours it just makes too much sense for me to buy the Subaru. I really want to do a bumper swap but don't know if I can justify the money on something I can't even see while driving and is hidden against the front wall of my garage most of the rest of the time.

I guess it'll come down to "dealer perks". If the Subaru dealer isn't offering any free after sale service that makes me really want a nearby dealer I'll get the Toyota and change the badges, because in my mind it's a Subaru due to the engine.

The badges don’t really swap over, the Subaru oval is significantly more elongated than the Toyota one.

Noticed the original supra plate is like this, no one questions it...

I don't think its an issue.

Wow, so it looks bad with or without a front plate. How are designers getting away with this?

This guy redesigned the front bumper. I mean its SO MUCH BETTER like he has it.

Ignore the other tweaks he has done, but the front bumper looks real good.

So he just changed the shape of the grille ever so slightly (added some pretty shallow angles to the top edges) and added that black chin section from the BRZ?

I dont think its SO MUCH BETTER......its barely changed at all.

IMO i think the actual rectangle grille shape looks better than this tweaked polygon shape.

edit: oh and that fin where the vents are...i didnt notice he removed them....

I'm not 100% behind how he reshaped the upper corners of the grill, but I do like most everything else.

The best change imo is adjusting the fender line and how it continues through the door. I do also like his changes to the rear end. All in all, subtle but good.

Yeah fair enough. I love it, the existing one looks like fish lips to me, too rounded on the edges.

Ha, even though the shape isn't quite the same, it makes me think of the Rage Meme face!
