I think I once saw a cover for that space that rolls out like a window shade.
I stripped mine from the seats back lol. Definitely more noise but it's a track/drift car so not really the biggest worry of mine lol

Started it and let it run so the fluids stay movin. It's my full time project (not a daily anymore) and that's been hella freeing. Now I don't have to overspend/rush to repair or modify it just to get to work lol

Installed a torque solutions short shifter. Had to partially destroy the trim overlay I installed a to get the center console out

I went from immediately hating last night to liking it a lot more after my drive into work. The finger tip easy shifts with the Mtec springs on the stock shifter are gone but shifts feel solid going into gear.

Installed a Medallion Concept G single exit. It's surprisingly quiet. I haven't driven the car yet and won't be for a while but it sounds good to my ear.

In about 45 days that will be me. She is paid for and if something bad happens at the track it can sit for how ever long it needs to

Not exactly a today job, but am very pleased with this nifty aircon screen gauge from GeraldJustProjects. I don't like the idea of gauges on the dash as it blocks visibility, so I've been using my phone as an all-in-one mount to display live data. With the gauge, I can basically have my phone off while the screen displays the required information.

Hopefully the Tactrix address implementation would be done and it'll be just perfect. @geraldjust hopefully any time soon?

Took out my oem trans mount with the Perrin support and the Whiteline bushing and replaced the lot with an STI trans mount. Someone here said it's just as stiff but with less NVH. Honestly hard to judge, there's probably around 5% less if I was forced to put a number on it, while the feel is not as connected, a bit softer, a bit more plush. Maybe I need more time with it but so far I actually prefer the inserts.

Looks great. Would like to use one like that, but you can't

spare that AC vent in Florida.
