Which Meguiar Product Removes dirt and grime?

Looking for a product which safely lubricate the dirt and grime, allowing it to glide from the vehicles paint without affecting the clear coat. Without touching the car just yet, I will hand wash it afterwards.

However, I am only looking for the product that will allow most the dirt and grime to be removed with a rinse.

Might have to resort to mechanical methods, like a pressure washer. Or a foam cannon to help the soap stick to the surface longer to do it's dirt lifting magic?

those are just car soap,

you want pre-wash that will loosen the dirt/grime before giving it a good rinse/hand wash
your not gonna find the best products to do this job at your local Auto Zone IMO

Indeed, to wash the car I will have to go mechanical method. Before I do, I want to find a chemical-aid that will help lift off most of the dirt and grimes. I just need a spray, I found few online.. but expensive to export to Canada.

if your going to hand wash, use the two bucket method and invest in some grit guards for your buckets

wash one panel at a time

also look into the Garry Deen wash method, popular way of washing a car

I know the double bucket method and the way I wash the car is the following:
- 2 buckets
- Panel / Panel ONLY top part
- Panel / Panel ONLY Med part
- Panel / Panel ONLY last part

Anyways, I don't want to know how to hand washh..

I just want a chemical substance that will help me remove most of the dirt before hand washing...... The soap doesn't do anything touchless. Any touchless method before actually hand waching????

there are tons of products available, but from my knowledge, meguiars does not have a pre-wash

find a company in Canada that provides products like Sonax, Auto Finesse, etc etc

i personally been using Auto Finesse Citrus Power grime remover like i mentioned before

you could always invest in a steam cleaner, that would help break down salt/grime

Pressure washer and a foam cannon.
Prespray with the pressure washer to remove largest particulates. Foam cannon with some nice foaming soap and let dwell for 5 minutes. Then pressure wash again to remove soap and remaning road grime.
Anything this method leaves behind you'll need to physically touch the paint to clean it further.

believe he is looking for something like ONR, where its a waterless wash

but he is looking for something that will cut down the grime/salt without harming the vehicle

Personally I'm not a fan of swirl marks in a bottle.


OP if you have access to a self serve car wash it may be worth the couple bucks to just use the pressure washer and soap, if you don't want to or can't hand wash it.


*edit* Just a FYI, I use Gold class in my foam gun and the foam is thick. It definitely grabs hold and loosens up some dirt that the initial rinse didn't. Special foaming soaps don't NEED to be used. The pressure of the pressure washer matching the recommended pressure on the foam cannon is what gives great suds.

Spray it down with good pressure. Wash it using your preferred method. Clay bar it. Then hit it with some polishing cream and a random orbital buffer?

Guys I am not asking how to wash the car =p. Is there any chemical that I can spray my car and then when I pressure wash my car... most or little dirt and grimes fall off?
