Where do you find the 720 Form GTF1 wheels for only $791?

Also, you can get a set of 4 MPSS at 225/45/17's for like $540 on Discount tire's Ebay site after the $100 rebate.

if did buy new, already over 12K lol

ask F/I guys, how much $$ they've spent
Maybe $5k. $3k for the SBD kit, $500 for the OFT, installed it myself. Maybe $1k to $1.5k on other stuff.

I will probably spend another $2-3k on wheels, tires and an axle back and then focus on other things in my life. To me, the FRS is just a nice, fun toy.

Some of us put handling or rare JDM parts / aesthetics as priority. They add up quite fast especially when factoring in shipping and taxes.

With the money I spent thus far I could have just bought a new fully loaded ND Miata Club Edition (what FI?). I would rather have that instead but it wasn't around 2 years ago when I bought the BRZ.

Less than $950

- TRD springs
- exhaust tips
- wheels
- Cusco strut bar
- cosworth filter
- brake fluid
- carbon fiber dash wrap
- led plate lights
- Perrin front plate mount
- rear shocks
- JDM/ series aero panels
- JDM STI coolant cap
- eBay rear diffuser

Only having a single income while the wife goes back to school really sets your priorities.

Man, how did your insurance company handle that? Did they only write you a check for the KBB value?

Yup. The mods weren't covered. I put $0 down, so I actually owed like $4k more. Gap covered that. I managed to save like $7k worth of parts, so in all I lost about $5k. You live and learn. Don't let anyone drive your car.. Unless it's an empty parking lot.

I've spent around 3-4k in mods so far, nothing just too crazy. Just wheels and lowered and little things here and there. Not planning on doing much more for now. Maybe another 1k max.

I'm an extremely cheap person so it's kind of hard justifying any more at this point.

I could understand 10k if several jdm parts and maybe body kit were applied for aesthetics. I personally upgrade Aesthetics then performance on every other upgrade.
