If the HKS cat is very small compared to others, do you know if it would trigger a CEL without a tune?

Seems the trend is to remove cat from OEM 17+ header.

the HKS boxer spec uel manifold will definitely trigger a CEL because the little cat is after both lambdas
anyway I had it and hks EL or tomei uel scat are way much better
